We get it – sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, here's how we handle it.  

Cancellation Period  

You have up to [48] hours from the time of order placement to cancel it. After this period, the order moves into processing, and cancellation may not be possible.  

Cancellation Process  

Canceling is easy. Log in to your  "Vividcartz" account, go to your order history, find the order you want to cancel, and hit the cancel button. If it's within the cancellation period, you're all set!  

Refunds for Canceled Orders  

Once you successfully cancel your order within the allowed time frame, we'll process the refund. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your payment method.  

Exceptions  

Some items may be non-cancellable or non-refundable due to their nature. These exceptions will be clearly mentioned in the product description by Oswal Digitals.  

Changes to Orders  

Need to make a tweak to your order? Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we can't modify it. We recommend canceling the order (5-6 days) and placing a new one with the correct details.
